Sophia, F. 2023. The Influence of Work Motivation and Discipline on Employee Performance at Clinical Laboratory X Central Jakarta. D4 Health Analyst Study Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, Setia Budi University. High-quality healthcare services are supported by good employee performance. Employees, as one of the most important resources of a company, are expected to deliver their best performance. Similarly, companies have a significant contribution in motivating their employees to achieve their best performance. In this regard, the presence of motivation from the company and the discipline practiced by employees can enhance employee performance. This study aims to determine the influence of motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees at Laboratory Clinic X in Central Jakarta. This study adopts a cross-sectional design with multiple linear regression analysis. The research was conducted on 43 respondents, who are employees of Laboratory Clinic X in Central Jakarta, using the saturated sampling method. The independent variables of this study are motivation and work discipline, while the dependent variable is Employee Performance. The research findings indicate that motivation has a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance (p=0.001), and discipline also has a positive partial effect on the performance of employees at Laboratory Clinic X in Central Jakarta (p=0.010). Simultaneously, both variables, motivation, and discipline, positively influence the performance of employees at Laboratory Clinic X in Central Jakarta (p=0.000). The research results can be concluded that, partially, both motivation and discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, simultaneously, both motivation and discipline variables have a positive and significant impact on employee performance.
