EVALUATION OF DRUG AND VACCINE MANAGEMENT INDICATORS AT THE PLANNING, STORAGE AND DISTRIBUTION STAGE AT THE PHARMACEUTICAL INSTALLATION UPT, SURAKARTA CITY HEALTH INSTALLATION IN 2019 Indicator drugs and vaccines are medicines that support maternal health programs, child health, disease prevention and prevention, essential basic health services that must be available at public health center. This study aims to determine the accuracy of drug and vaccine management indicators at the UPT Pharmacy Installation of the Surakarta City Health Office and the availability of drugs and vaccines at health centers in Surakarta City. This research is a non-experimental descriptive study, the data were collected quantitatively from the report document on the availability of drugs and vaccine indicators in 2019. The sample was taken by purposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out by measuring each research indicator and comparing it with the standard values of the Ministry of Health-JICA 2010 and Pudjianingsih 1996. The results of the evaluation of drug and vaccine management indicators in the form of planning accuracy by 216%, planning deviations by 54%, damaged and/or expired drugs and vaccines by 15%, dead stock by 10%, availability by 26.01 months, compatibility between inventory reports and cards stock of 95%, average vacancy time of 16.74%, deviation of distribution time of 1.76%, deviation of distribution of 53.43%, quantum deviation of 0%. The availability of indicator drugs and vaccines in public health centers throughout the city of Surakarta is 96.03%. healing takes a longer time.
