Abstract

Listyorini, 2023. Analysis of Internal Quality Assurance Results Glucosa and Creatinine Examination at Clinical Laboratory of RSUD Dr. Moewardi Hospital, Health Analyst Diploma 4 Study Program, Health Sciences Faculty of Setia Budi University. One of laboratories quality control program is an internal quality assurance (PMI). internal quality assurance is a prevention and surveillance activities carried outy by each laboratory on an ongoing basis in order to obtain accurate and precise examination result. Dr. Moewardi Hospital in January - December. The most frequent examination request are glucosa and creatinine. This research uses descriptive research design with crooss sectional approach. The analysis of observational data of the internal quality assurance result of glucosa and creatinine control subjects conducted over 12 month start from January to December 2022. Data glucosa and creatinine examinatioan of daily QC was analized by Levey-Jennings chart. The Levey-Jennings chart of control serum was then evaluated by using Westgard Multirules Quality Control. The result of the study shows that the imprecision glucosa examination on analyzer TMS 50i Superior is a good.Meanwhile, the imprecision glucosa and creatinine examination on analyzer TMS 50i Superior is a high.suggestion for further research that further research should be conducted to analyze the result of an internal quality assurance on analyzer TMS 50i Superior in examination of more.
