Abstract
Safitri, N. 2023. Prevalence of Abnormal Uterine Bleeding (AUB) at RSUD Bangil Pasuruan in 2022. D4 Health Analyst Study Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, Setia Budi University. Abnormal Uterine Bleeding (AUB) is a bleeding that is marked by changes in the normal menstrual cycle from either the interval lenght of the cycle, the duration or the total bleeding. Events in Indonesia are often found in gynecological clinics with clinical manifestations of acute and excessive bleeding, irregular bleeding, menoragic and contraceptive bleeding. Figo's classification of AUB has 9 categories compiled by the PALM-COEIN (polyp, adenomyosis, leiomyoma, malignancy and hyperplasia) while COEIN (coagulopathy, ovulatory disfunction, endometrial, iatrogenic, and not yet classified). The purpose of research is to identify the AUB incidence in RSUD Bangil in 2022. The type of research used in this study is a retrospective descriptive by performing secondary data retrieval taken from patients' diagnosed AUB’s medical records and based on histopathic examination in the RSUD Bangil anatomical laboratory. The resulting data is presented in characteristic frequency distribution tables. Research has a total of 55 cases of AUB in RSUD Bangil in 2022. The AUB case is found that most cases occur in the 41-50 age group of 22 (40%) with AUB-L as the most by PALM-COEIN classification 22 (40%). Based on the characteristic parity found the largest number of cases in multiplying with 26 cases (47,3%) with the highest BMI in normal BMI’s group 41(74,5%).
