Abstract

Widya E,R.2024. Hubungan Antara Kadar Glukosa Darah Sewaktu Dan Tekanan Darah Pada Lansia Di Kelurahan Mojosongo. Program Studi D4 Analis Kesehatan, Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan, Universitas Setia Budi. Kadar gula yang tidak terkontrol menyebabkan timbulnya berbagai komplikasi pada penderita diabetes. Salah satu komplikasi yang sering terjadi adalah makroangiopati yaitu komplikasi pada pembuluh darah besar sehingga mempengaruhi perubahan tekanan darah. Kadar glukosa juga akan meningkat seiring dengan bertambahnya usia pada seseorang. Tekanan darah terletak divaskular tubuh, oksigen akan dialirkan ke tubuh. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya hubungan antara kadar gukosa darah sewaktu dengan tekanan darah pada para lansia. Penelitan ini menggunakan rancangan observasional dengan dasar cross-sectional. Teknik analitik pengambilan pada sampel menggunakan purposive sampling.pemeriksaan Point Of Care Testing (POCT) di kelurahan Mojosongo Surakarta pada bulan Juli 2023 Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 60 orang atau para lansia yang sudah memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan. Data diolah menggunkan uji chi-squere. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukan kadar glukosa rerata 185mg/dl serta rerata tekanan darah 120/70 mmHg terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dengan hasil p = 0,01 (p<0,05) antara kadar glukosa darah dan tekanan darah sewaktu pada lansia di Kelurahan Mojosongo. D4 Health Analyst Study Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, Setia Budi University. Uncontrolled sugar levels cause various complications in diabetes sufferers. One of the complications that often occurs is macroangiopathy, which is a complication in large blood vessels that affects changes in blood pressure. Glucose levels will also increase as a person ages. Blood pressure is located in the body's vessels, oxygen will flow to the body. The aim of this study was to determine whether or not there was a relationship between current blood glucose levels and blood pressure in the elderly. This research uses an observational design with a cross-sectional basis. The analytical technique for taking samples used purposive sampling. Point of Care Testing (POCT) examination in Mojosongo sub district, Surakarta in July 2023. The sample taken was 60 people or elderly people who met the specified criteria. Data was processed using the chi-square test. The conclusion of this study shows that the average glucose level is 185mg/dl and the average blood pressure is 120/70 mmHg, there is a significant relationship with the results of p = 0,01 (p<0,05) between blood glucose levels and blood pressure during the elderly in Mojosongo Village.
