Abstract

Spice of chicken soup is one of spices that is often consume by people at this time. Less good of processing and packaging of product affected any contamination and also affected in quality of product. The purpose of this research is to know any contamination in spice of chicken soup based on rule of BPOM RI. Sampel in this research was take by random sampling in three different places. The required examination include the Total Plate Total (ALT), Most Probable Number (MPN) Coliform, and Kapang Khamir (AKK) scores. Result of ALT sample A 4.5 ×101 colony / g; Sample B 1,1x 103 colony / g; And sample C 8x101. Most Probable Number (MPN) of all samples <3 / g and AKK sample A 1x101 colony / g; Sample B 6x102 colony / g; And sample C 3.5x101 colony / g. Based on these results can be concluded that the A and C samples meet the requirements according to BPOM RI no HK 00.06.1.52.4011.2009, while the sample B is not eligible according to BPOM RI no HK 00.06.1.52.4011.2009.
