Abstract
In Indonesia, breast cancer has become the highest malignant tumor. Breast cancer therapy is done with treatment series i.e. surgery, hormone therapy, radiation therapy, biological therapy and chemotherapy. Dr. Moewardi Hospital is one of hospital that has implemented INA-CBG's in funding of breast cancer therapy. The purpose in the research was to determine whether there is difference between the real cost with INA-CBG's cost in 2015 in breast cancer inpatients with chemotherapy in Dr. Moewardi Hospital Surakarta and to determine the factors that affect the real cost. The research was analytic observational study taken restrospetivelly from claim file of inpatient Health Assurance which undergoing chemotherapy. The sample used throughout the claim file and medical record of breast cancer patients with chemotherapy by INA-CBG's code with code C-4-13-I, C-4-13-II, and C-4- 13-III from January to December, 2015. Analysis of compliance between therapy cost with INA-CBG's cost was done with one sample t-test. Analysis of the factors that affect therapy cost was analyzed with bivariate statistic. The results showed that there was differences margin of real cost of breast cancer inpatients to INA-CBG's cost of IDR. 126.696.137,- by all levels of severity and treatment classes with P value <0.05. The results showed results of correlation test of the factors such as age, class of treatment, severity, LOS had p value > 0.05 means that the analysis results of age, class of treatment, severity, and LOS were not affect significantly to the real cost of therapy of breast cancer patients.
