Abstract

Diarrhea is a condition which is characterized by a encernya feces excreted by the frequency of bowel movements (chapter) more than 3 times that accompanied the change of the stool becomes more dilute, with or without blood or mucus. Diarrhea could be fatal if sufferers dehydrated due to losing a lot of fluid from the body. This study aims to find out what antidiarrheal drugs are and also what percentage of diarrhea medications are based on precise indications, proper medication, precise and exact dosage. This research aims to provide a description of the patient's profile and the profile of drugs used in hospitals Karanganyar. The methods used in this research is descriptive, namely taking data in medical record in January-December 2015. This research using a sample of patients with age range 0-5 years. The research results obtained from the results of the evaluation of the Antidiarrhoeal drug use in patients in inpatient HOSPITALS toddler Karanganyar 2015. Use the appropriate parameter is any indication, the right medication, the patient's right and proper dosages may be stated that the percentage accuracy of indication of 100%, accuracy 100%, the accuracy of the drug patients 100% and 100% accuracy of the dose.
