Abstract
The study of turnover intention on the part of the informatics system in an organization has still an importans study in the research. This research aims to examine the factors cause turnover intention of employees the informatics system in the hospital. The part of the informatics system that forms a lot of pressure on employees has an impact to intend to turnover intention of the organization. This research used survey and questioner method to collect data. Data were collected by purposive sampling technique with the amount of 62 questioner. Testing research instrument used SPPS and hypothesis testing using SEM. The results of analysis showed that H1, H6 and H7 were supported to turnover intention of employee, while H2, H3, H4 and H5 were not supported. These results provide meant that the turnover intention of employee of the hospital informatics system due of organizational commitment, work exhaustion and job satisfaction were influenced by the characteristics of work that is not good.
