Abstract
The availability of drugs has an important role for successfull implementation of the National Health Insurance program (JKN) which has been applied by the goverment since 2014. The aim of this study was to determine adequancy of drugs on JKN era and the factors that affect the availability of drugs at RSUP Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Makassar. This research was conducted by using analytic associative survey method to determine the relationship between managing drug factor, doctor factor and patient factor as independent variables to the availability of the drugs as dependent variable. The data result in retrospective form with tracked documents and concurents datas by distributing questionnaires by using the simple linear regression metodology. The results showed that the availability of drugs categorized in the excessive inventory levels with its availibility for 21.72 months. The factors that affect the availability of drugs are the drug manager 33.3% (P < 0.05), doctors 23% (P < 0.05), and patients 38.6% (P < 0.05).
