Abstract

Domperidon is the cure anti emetic having its solubility in water low and permeability who high that are categorized in BCS ( biopharmaceutical classification system ) class II .The difference formulation and methods fabrication every indusrti pharmaceutical can cause difference of quality tablet dompperidon produced .This study attempts to compare the quality of physical and profile day tablet domperidon various tablet generic and branded. This research using sample 5 tablet domperidon 10 mg distributed in market, namely 2 tablet generic (OGA,OGB) and 3 tablet branded (OMC,OMD,OME). All sample tested the quality of physical uniformity size, uniformity weight, violence, vulnerability, and time destroyed. Test dissolution in accordance Britih P 2009 namely by use instrument dissolution type II ( type rowing ) with the dissolution medium solution HCl 0.1 N pH 1,2 at a temperature 37 ± 0,5 ° C, with the volume of dissolution medium 900 ml with speed gyrations 50 rpm. The determination of the dissolution tablets domperidon used a of the spectrophotometer UV. The results of the study quality testing physical and profile dissolution on a tablet domperidon generic and branded of various pharmaceutical industry distributed in market meet the requirements Farmakope Indonesia and the existing regulations in literature and domperidon generic and branded of various pharmaceutical industry distributed in market not have significant differences in profile dissolution. .
