Abstract
Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease directly caused by bacteria (Mycobacterium tuberculosis) which until today TB remains a very important health problem. Adherence in consume daily medicine becomes the focus in achieving the health of patients. This study attempts to look at an image of adherence patients tuberculosis use MMAS scale and the impact of clinical adherence to outcome patients tuberculosis. Data from patients who meet the criteria inclusion and willing to become were asked fill a sheet informed consent and sheets of data sociodemography then interviews were conducted to know knowledge patients and attitude patients use sheets of questionnaire MMAS. Data obtained later in recapitulation in table aircraft carriers to classifies levels of involvement and table parent attitude in the form of out of nominal. The process of the last, the data that has been recapitulation then analyzed to a conclusion can be drawn with SPSS version 17. The image adherence treatment tuberculosis at community Bantul district, special region Yogyakarta seen with scales MMAS be category adherent to the percentage 80 % and adherence treatment tuberculosis at community Bantul district, special region of Yogyakarta do not affect significant impact on outcome clinical patients with the Asymp.sig tuberculosis.(2-sided) 0,464 > 0.05.
