Abstract

Production of Acetone Cyanohydrin for high capacity used continuous process. The Factory will operate for 330 days/year with 20.381 m2 area. The Factory will build on 2020, and it will build on Industial Sector Karawang West Java.. The factory near with te other factory which provide te raw material like Graha Jaya Pratama Kinerja factory and Asamas Factory. The capacity of Acetone Cyanohydrin factory is 22.000 tons/year. Te factory will export the product to Australia, Singapore and India. Acetone Cyanohydrin produced with liquid phase on Continuos Stirred Tank Reactor (CSTR) with the conditiion pressuure 2 atm and temperature 35°C. Raw material of ths factory is Acetone 99,5% 15.017,53 tons/year and Hydrogen Cyanide 99% 6.958,33 tons/year and the base catalyst is NaOH 99% 216,77 tons/year. Fixed Capital Investment Rp 503.455.950.430,45 and Working Capital Rp 88.451.677.723,02. The profit before taxes is Rp 266.235.258.997,90 / year and the profit after taxes is Rp 186.364.681.298,53/ year with the taxes 30%. The Return on Investment (ROI) is 37%, Pay Out Time (POT) is 2,13 years, Break Even Point (BEP) is 47% and Shut Down Point (SDP) is 34%.
