Abstract

Prednison is the cure adverse inflammatory the a corticosteroid used to suppress the immune system and inflammatory made in the form of tablet small doses and difficult soluble in water and prednison having a process absorption slow in the body. Drug high-potential but having very low dose as prednison, system a mixture of interactive more profitable because guarantee of homogeneity, stability, and accelerating day the cure. The purpose of this research is to see the combined effect avicel PH 101 and amilum manihot bearing host and get a formula steady with the approach based on simplex optimize lattice design. A combination of avicel PH 101 and amilum in this research in the manufacture of tabletnya used method of direct compression, next optimize with the methods simplex a lattice of design variable the free avicel PH 101 and amilum manihot. The parameters of critical in this research was excruciating vulnerability, time in vitro was destroyed, Q30. A combination of the two components made three formula, the proportion of a formula first PH avicel 101 and amilum of 93,5 mg and 0 mg; a formula second amounting to 46,75 mg: 46,75 mg and formula used for third as much as 0 mg : 93,5 mg. Data analysis using one sample t-test . Combination avicel PH 101 and amilum manihotas a bearer host impact on the quality of physical tablet a mixture of interactive prednison.
