Abstract
Lung cancer is a malignant disease of the lung, including malignancy derived from the lung itself. Lung cancer is the most common type of cancer in males in Indonesia. The high cost of chemotherapy lung cancer is a major factor in the creation of a national health insurance program through the INA-CBG's package. The aim of research to determine the compability of the real cost of the package rates INA-CBG's and the factors that affect the real cost in lung cancer patients hospitalized in the Hospital Dr. Moewardi Surakarta. This study used observational cross sectional method. Data taken retrospectively. Subjects and objects of this study were lung cancer chemotherapy patients who hospitalization and medical record data and inpatient claim service files at Dr. RSUD. Moewardi Surakarta for the period of January - December 2017. The analysis used is one sample t-test to determine the suitability between real costs and INA-CBG's rates and multivariate correlation analysis to determine the relationship between real costs and factors that affect real costs. The results showed that the level of severity with the INACBG's C-4-13-I code had a difference of Rp -50.030.467, C-4-13-II had a difference of Rp – 28.681.355, and C-4-13-III had a difference Rp 6.235.967. The level of suitability based on the patient's recapitulation of 44 suitable patients and 20 is not suitable. The most influential factor is Length Of Stay (LOS) with a value of p <0.05 (0,000).
