Abstract

One of laboratory quality control programs is internal quality assurance, it is an activity to find the error, so the prevention and improvement can be conducted soon in order to check up result has better quality and credible. The check tool triglyceride level in instalation pathology clinic RSUD Dr. Moewardi are Advia 1800 and Ilab Taurus. The research has purpose to analyse internal quality assurance result of triglyceride by using Advia 1800 and Ilab Taurus in clinical pathology laboratory instalation RSUD Dr. Moewardi. Observation data analysis about internal quality assurance check result of triglyceride by Advia 1800 and Ilab Taurus conducted 10 months from June 2017 until March 2018. Data check result of triglyceride by Advia 1800 and Ilab Taurus from daily Quality Control was analyzed by Levey Jennings graphic from control serum then evaluated by using Westgard Multirules Quality Control rule. The result or research is the impresition of Advia 1800 os lower than Ilab Taurus. Inaccurate of Advia 1800 and Ilab Taurus are low. Margin error of Advia 1800 and Ilab Taurus according to Westgard Multirules is found significantly and categorized by warning and refuse (13S R4S, 41S, 10X). The suggestion for the research is further research will be required to analyse internal quality assurance result of triglyceride check by using Advia 1800 and Ilab Taurus with more data.
