Abstract
Indonesian Case Base Group was established by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia which was used as tariff system of national health insurance (JKN) package. The rate of INA-CBG‟s tariffs sometimes do not correspond to the real cost incurred by the hospital results the difference. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of cytostatic therapy regimen, the cost used for breast cancer chemotherapy, to know the difference in real cost with INA-CBG's tariff and the factors that affect the cost of real therapy of breast cancer chemotherapy patients in Dr. Moewardi General Hospital Surakarta in 2017. This research is analytical observation taken retrospectively from the claim file for inpatient services of JKN patients who have chemotherapy. The samples used were all claim files and medical records of breast cancer chemotherapy patients with the codes C-4-13-I, C-4-13-II, C-4-13-III for the period January-December 2017. Analysis of the suitability of therapy costs with rates INA-CBG's is done with one sample t-test. Analysis of the factors that influence the cost of therapy is carried out by multivariate analysis. The results showed that there were 113 episodes of care from 72 patients, where <45 years of age were most affected by breast cancer. The difference between the real cost of inpatient breast cancer and the INA-CBG's rate in the 3-stage treatment class of C-4-13-I Rp. -62,187,362, in C-4-13-II amounting to Rp. 6,159,896, in C-4-13-III Rp. 64,042,570. Based on all the severity of P <0.05. The results showed the results of the correlation test of age, severity, and LOS factors had a P> 0.05.
