Abstract

This study aims to examine the establishment of online hospital intentions. This is based on the low level of online registration website users in the hospital. The data used in this study was obtained through questionnaires distributed to outpatients in RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta. The sampling technique used purposive non probability sampling with the sample size were 195 respondents. Data had been analysis by structural equation modeling (SEM). The results showed H1 and H2 supported, while H3, H4, and H5 were not supported. These results give meaning that the establishment of online registration intent is influenced by good system quality can establish user trust to increase the intention of registering online at the hospital.
