Abstract
Patient satisfaction in the use of pharmacy services is a reflection of the result from health services quality that provided in pharmacies. The aim of this study is to analyze patient satisfaction in the Ngawi Ikhlas pharmacy depand on the pharmacy appearance factor, officers, hospitality availabily factor, and fast services factor. This research includes of non-experimental description research. Researchers dind’t intervene or treatment of research subjects but only gave questionnaires (self-administered). This study uses qualitative research methods in quantitave, to determine the influence of pharmacy services factors to patient satisfaction. Samples were taken using non-probability sampling technique and purposive sampling method, with a sample of 312 patients. The results showed a partial officer hospitality factor, medicine availability factor and thefast servic factor influence on patient satisfaction services with significant value <0.05, while the pharmacy appearance factor and medicine information service factor has no effect on patient satisfaction with a significant value > 0.05. Simultaneously or jointly proven to influence positively and significantly related to patient satisfaction with significance value < 0.05. The analysis results of determination is 55.1% which showed patient satisfaction in the Ikhlas pharmacy. Keywords : pharmacy services, satisfaction, pharmacies
