Abstract

Hypertension is a longlife disease. A study of the combination of two antihypertension medicine used in outpatient polyclinic of dr.Moewardi Regional Public Hospital Surakarta. The purpose of this study is to know the description of two combination antihypertensive medicine therapy, the effectiveness and how much the cost therapy. This research is a non experimental, description design, retrospective data taken from hypertension in outpatient polyclinic. The inclusion criteria of the diagnosed with incomplete stage 2 hypertension, age ≥18 years, and combination therapy for the first time up to 3 months. Analysis of characteristics, effectiveness and average cost of therapy. The was 52,44% of female, the highest age ≥ 60 years is 51.22%, as well as the highest systole blood pressure 160-180 mmHg, diastole 90-100 mmHg. The six combinations of classes, and the most widely used is Calcium Cannel Blocker- Angiotensin II Receptor Blocker of 36.59%. The type of medicine is amlodipinelisinopril, 100% effectiveness and the average cost of Rp 61.185,66. Based on the class of therapy is a combination of Calcium Cannel Blocker-Angiotensin II Receptor Blocker, the effectiveness of 86.67% and the average cost of therapy Rp 97.616,42.
