Abstract
Zodia leaf (Euodia suaveolens, Scheff) with linalool contains which have activity as antimosquito (repellent). Price of zodia is expensive so for this plant cultivation be used method plant tissue cullture. Plant tissue culture success influenced by some factors like basic media development and used growth regulator. The aim of this study was to get the good one growth regulator concentration for callus development and linalool contained with gas cromatography method. Callus of zodia leaf grown in Murashige Skoog media with concentration variations growth regulator BAP 0,5 ppm; 1 ppm; 1,5 ppm; 2 ppm. Linalool contain isolated doing by maceration callus of zodia leaf with ethanol 70% then fractionated with n-hexane. N-hexane fractionated result detected by gas cromatography. The most influential of Concentration BAP on development callus of zodia leaf retrieved on 1,5 ppm and the highest contain of linalool retrieved from callus of zodia leaf with BAP concentration 0,5 ppm and 1,5 ppm.
