Abstract
The Willingness of society in obligation as a taxpayers is still undervalued. Thi is because total willingness to pay taxes do not same with total taxpayers effectively. This study was aimed to examine effect of pay tax awareness. Knowledge and understanding of taxation laws. A good perception of the effectiveness of the tax system. The service of fiscus to willingness to pay taxes in tax office pratama Surakarta. Study population were individual taxpayers who is listed in the tax office pratama Surakarta classified as taxpayer effectively. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling with sample size were 100 respondens. Hypothesis was tasted using multiple regression analysis. The results of processing the data it can be conclude as follows : there was a significant effect between the variabel pay taxes awareness to willingness to pay taxes. There was not significant effect between the variabel kowledge an understanding of taxation laws to willingness to pas taxes. There was not significant effect between the variabel a good perception of the effectiveness of the tax system to willingness to pay taxes. There was a significant efect between the variabel service of fiscus to willingness to pay taxes. Keywords : pay taxes awareness. Knowledge an understanding of taxation laws.
