Abstract

Patient satisfaction is closely related to the success of a health service in improving the service quality. Patient satisfaction must be considered by the hospital in order to remain competitive and retain costumers including the outpatients, neither the used of social insurance or not on the service quality that they can felt directly at clinical pathology laboratory Dr. Moewardi hospital. This study used a survey method, using quesionaire and direct interviews. Technique sampling is used purposive sampling with a total 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using t-test (independent samples t-test) to determine patient satisfaction by outpatients who used BPJS and general patients. The result of satisfaction research on the BPJS patients was described by percentage that is 97,67% while of the general patients that is 97,47%. And the result of t-test showed that there is no significant difference between the outpatients were satisfaction who used BPJS service and general patients (pvalue=1,000). Based on the test results obstained by the research concluded that patients were satisfied with the quality of service provided by Laboratory of Clinical Pathology Dr. Moewardi hospital.
