Abstract
The objective of research was to examine the effect of professionalism, organization, and job satisfaction. One of company resources was accounting officer. This research would study such variables as: professionalism, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and performance of accounting officers in manufacturing companies in Surakarta. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling one and the data was collected using questionnaire. Thus, validity and reliability tests should be done. The data analysis was conducted using a multiple-regression analysis technique. From the result of data processing, it could be concluded that: there was a positive significant effect of professionalism on accounting employee performance variables at significance level of 3.094 (α = 0.03), there was a positive significant effect of organizational commitment on accounting employee performance variables at significance level of 2.881 (α = 0.05), and there was a positive significant effect of job satisfaction on accounting employee performance variables at significance level of 3.523(α = 0.01).
