Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test the effect of occupational health and safety on the performance of nurses in inpatient hospital Dr. Moewardi. The population was nurses inpatient in hospital Dr. Moewardi, with a sample size of 113 respondents. Sampling method using convenience. This study passes the classical assumption (Normality Test and Test Multikolonearitas), testing the hypothesis (F-test and t-test), multiple regression analysis and coefficient of determination. The results of processing the data in this study that there is a positive and significant impact on the safety performance of nurses in inpatient hospital Dr. Moewardi and there is positive and not significant to the performance of occupational health nurses in inpatient hospital Dr. Moewardi.
