Abstract

Good performance is indispensable in achieving the organizational goals. The basic problem of employee performance especially non-permanent employees BLUD at administration departement of General Hospital Dr. Moewardi how tothe management ofhuman resource management not completely working in accordance with standards established by hospital whichwillleadintoan internationalhospital. This study aims to examine the significance of Organizational Commitment, Compensation effect on employee performance non-permanent BLUD at administrationdepartementand of Work Stress partially and simultaneously as well as to measure how much the organizational commitment, compensation and work stress in influencing employee performance non-permanent BLUD at administration departement. The research was conducted on non-permanent employees BLUD on administrationdepartementhis research was carried out on staff of Secretariat,staff of Planning, staff of Education & Research, of organizational Staffing, staff of Budget & Treasury,staff of Management, staff of Accounting & Verification and staff of Hospital Medical Services Dr. Moewardi.For sampling it was used purposive sampling with 60 respondents. Methods questionnaires was used in collecting data, and for data analysis it was applied multiple regression analysis, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination ( ). The result of the analysis show that: 1) the organizational commitment organizational commitment variable positive and significant effect on the performance of employees with regression values 0.382 and t value of 2,841 with a significance level of 0.006. 2) compensation variables have positive and significant effect regression value of 0.322 and t value of 2.132 with a significance level of 0.037. 3) effect of work stress variables negative and not significant effect on the performance employees with regresion values 0,053 and t values 0,308 with a significance levels 0,759. A percentage of 60.1% (100% - 39.9%) affected by other variables that are not accommodated by the model. Keyword : Organizational Commitment, Compensation, and Work Stress, Employee Performance
