Abstract

The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the effect of institutional ownership and firm size on stock returns industry companies that do right issue . This study used secondary data. Purposive sampling method by sampling with 58 companies that have complete data to be processed. This study uses the classical assumption test (test for normality, heteroscedasticity test , multikolonearitas test and autocorrelation test) , and hypothesis testing (F test , T test , the coefficient of determination , multiple linear regression analysis). Results of studies using hypothesis testing that is both institutional ownership variables and firm size has a significant positive effect on stock returns in companies that do right issue.
