Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect among of variable in model of behavior of use registration online in hospital. The phenomenom that occurs is the low use of online registration in Dr.Moewardi regional hospital, then research in behavioral intentions using online registration through hospital web site is still interisting to investigate. The data obtained through questionnaires distributed to outpatients at Dr. Moewardi regional general hospital. Sampling technique used purposive sampling with outpatient customer population in Dr.Moewardi regional general hospital as many as 200 respondents. Hypothesis test is done by Structural Equation Model (SEM) method. Using AMOS program. The results of this study indicate that hypotheses 1,2,3,7 and 8 are supported while hypotheses 4,5 and 6 are not supported . Based on these results can be interpreted that behavioral intentions are influenced by the satisfaction gained by patients in getting quality web site services, providing comfort and interisting web site content.
