Abstract

RIZAL NUR SUCI PRASETYO, 2023, ANALYSIS OF THE LEVEL OF CONSUMER SATISFACTION WITH NGUDI SEHAT SLOGOHIMO PHARMACY SERVICES IN WONOGIRI REGENCY FOR THE JANUARY-MAY PERIOD OF 2023, SCIENTIFIC PAPERS, D3 PHARMACY STUDY PROGRAM, FACULTY OF PHARMACY, SETIA BUDI UNIVERSITY. Health services have an important role in improving the quality and degree of health, so it is necessary to improve the quality of health services. Pharmacies are one of the health service places that are often found and easy to reach. Every health service activity in the pharmacy needs to be evaluated regularly. Measuring the level of patient satisfaction is one way to find out the quality of health services that have been provided to patients. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of patient satisfaction as consumers with services at Ngudi Sehat Pharmacy, Slogohimo District, Wonogiri Regency. The method used in this study is cross sectional, where data collection is carried out at the same time for all variables. Questionnaire is an instrument used for data collection by distributing or giving to patients of Ngudi Sehat Pharmacy. The data obtained was then carried out gap analysis based on the concepts of Service Quality (ServQual), Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The results showed that the level of consumer satisfaction with Ngudi Sehat Pharmacy services was satisfied with an index value of 78.21%. The service attributes that are prioritized for improvement are: drugs are fully available, officers apologize when errors occur, speed and accuracy of drug administration, officers' knowledge of drugs, and officers provide clear information.
