Abstract

Consumer Behavior Online Shopping is an act of consuming goods or services using the internet because an irrational mindset that do not consider the function or the benefits, so they consume goods and services excessively. Young students are very vulnerable against online shopping behavior. The condition of teenagers who are easily swayed and uncontrollable therefore, every student must have good self control. This research aims to understand the relationship between self control and online shopping consumer behavior. This research was held at atau has been done at Setia Budi University. The measurement tools that were used in this research are the self-control scale and online shopping consumptive behavior scale. Incidental Purposive Sampling method will be used to get the sample technique analysis used in this reseach is Product Moment Pearson with SPSS 20.0 version. Based on the data research , the sesult show a correlation coefficient (r) is -0,273 with p = 0,006 (p>0,01) between variable self control and online shopping consumerist behavior. From the analysis that has been done, can be concluded that hypothesis by the research is accepted. There is a correlation negative between self control with online shopping consumerist behavior on college students Setia Budi University.
