Abstract
The study of the difference of responsibility and discipline employees work in the study still be important in the organization. The object of research in this is the permanent employees and employees of the contract to a laboratory This study using methods with techniques survey sampling saturated with the total sample 74 .In the research data is mixed with to spread out a questionnaire to respondents .In the research data is processed using the program spss 17 .The data processed by test of normality and test different with mann-whitney test . The results showed responsibility of health analyst permanent employees and contract employees at Laboratory of RSUD Dr. Moewardi there is no significant differences between that, it shown by the significant value 0.506 which is greater than 0.05. Disciplines of permanent employees and contract employees at Laboratory of RSUD Dr. Moewardi means that there is no significant differences between the with significant value 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05.
