Abstract
Leadership of a boss and work culture ter atmosphere in the work environment is the key to the improved performance of an employee or employees of a business unit. Variable work culture can provide the largest contribution in encouraging employees to work desire high, able to contribute to the improvement of good performance. Performance evaluation should be carried out continuously so that organizational goals can be achieved effectively and efficiently. Hospitals need to develop competency models and the factors that affect the performance of employees so that it can be used as a basis for the development of human resources Data collection techniques used were questionnaires, with purposive sampling techniques and sample taken was 121 respondents. Data Analyst include multiple regression, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of processing the data, it is concluded that there is a positive influence and signifikan krakteristik individual variables with regression coefficient 0.205, t-test was 2.277> 1.980 (t count> t-table) and at the level of significance of 0.025 (p > 0.05) . And there was no significant effect of psychological variables leader with regression coefficient 0.047, t-test 0.527 <1.980 (t-test <t-table) and at the level of significance of 0.599 (p > 0.05). It was therefore concluded krakteristik individual variables affect the performance of nurses and psychological variables affect the performance leader not work.
