Abstract

Pathology clinical laboratory services should is a multi story prayer one of healthcare that is needed society. Through evaluation of pathology clinical laboratory services neither expected patients will feel satisfied so that patients will return to the hospital if require health ministry. This study aimed for evaluate pathology clinical laboratory services. This research is descriptive conducted at RSUD Dr. Moewardi using nonprobability sampling technique with purposive sampling, where this research using a questionnaire of 329 respondents. The data obtained processed using Quality Standard Minimum Service Hospital Department of Health of the Republic of Indonesia 2008. Based on the conclusion, according to the Quality waiting time result 0f laboratory tests in accordance with the Quality Standard Minimum Service Hospital Department of Health of the Republic of Indonesia 2008. Implementing ekspertisi service clinical pathology laboratory test results, no delivery errors clinical pathology laboratory test results and clinical pathology laboratory services provide a sense of satisfaction at the Outpatient Pathology Laboratory clinic RSUD Dr. Moewardi in accordance with the Quality Standard Minimum Service Hospital Department of Health of the Republic of Indonesia 2008.
