Abstract

One of the success factor of hospital system is signified by the increased productivity. High productivity of work is one of the competitive excellence of hospital. Productivity depend on the motivation of human resources which will be achieved if the human resources themselves have the high motivation to work. Moreover, the improvement of work productivity also can be done by giving a proper training. This research aim to analyze the effect of work motivation and training on Medical Support Officer’s work productivity in RSUD Ende. This research is using total sampling as the sampling technique which consist of samples taken from 65 employees. This research also using the questionnaire method as data gathering. The analysis method used in this research is analysis quantitative which measured using multiple linear regression analysis and apply it into SPSS ver. 21 for Windows program. The result of this research shows that variable of work motivation and training significantly affect the Medical Support officer’s work productivity in RSUD Ende with detail value of p = 0,000 (< 0,05). The outcome of this determination analysis indicate that 73,60% of Medical Support officer’s work productivity in RSUD Ende is determined by work motivation and training, in other hand the rest 26,40% is determined by another factors.
