Abstract
Performance is an important factor that supports the operational success of an organization including the hospital. Therefore, the employee's performance is the key to the sustainability of a hospital. This research aims to test the influence of organizational commitment on performance are mediated by the organizational citizenship behavior in employees in health RSUD Dr. Moewardi. The population of the research was the employee's Area General Hospital Dr. Moewardi. Research conducted the survey methods with sample-sized 200 respondents. The sampling technique in the research is two stages of cluster sampling. Data analyzed by multilevel regression analysis (hierarchycal regresion). The results of the data analysis concluded the organizational commitment has significant effect on performance,organizational commitment has significant effecton organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment significant indirect effect on performance through organizational citizenship behavior.organizational citizenship behavioris mediate the relationship between organizational commitment and performance.
