Abstract

Effect of Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation and Performance Against Auditor Independence Public Accounting Firm in solo and Yogyakarta. Final Project. Courses degree tax accounting. Faculty of Economics. University of Setia Budi. Supervisor I. Sugiarti, SE., M.Sc. Supervisor II. Dian Indriana Hapsari, SE., M.Sc., Ak. The sample taken in this research is using census method. Data is collected using survey method with questionnaire technique. The target of respondent in this research is 57 respondents, but respondent’s data that can be processed is only 55 respondent’s answers. To test the quality of data from the instruments being used, is conducted with validity test and reliability test. Classical assumption test which consist of normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autokorelasi test, is intended as the prerequisite to conduct multiple linear regression test. The results of processing the data, it can be concluded as follows: there was a significant effect of job satisfaction (KK) on the performance of auditors (KA). There is a significant effect of work motivation (MK) on the performance of auditors (KA). There is a significant influence independence (I) on the performance of auditors (KA). Job satisfaction, motivation, and independence jointly influential on the performance of auditors. Keywords: job satisfaction, motivation, independence and performance of auditors.
