Abstract

Analysis of The Effect of Shift Work, Job Rotation and Training on The Performance of Nurse at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital in Surakarta. Essay. Management Department. Economics Faculty. Setia Budi University. Advisor. Y. Kristanto, SE., MM. Co Advisor. Drs. Sugiyarmasto., MM. Nurses are determines the quality of health care in hospital because only they who serves patients for 24 hours. So the function, duties and responsibilities of nurse must be clarified. As well as the knowledge and skills must be improved so that care can be given to patients in a professional manner. The purpose of this research is to test the performance of nurse through shift work, job rotation and training in PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital in Surakarta. Datas was obtained using a questionnaire distributed to head of nurse. Find were the use of purposive sampling method. Test the hypothesis in this study was analyzed with Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that shift work affect the performance of the significance value of 0,011 < 0,005, job rotation affect the performance of the significance value of 0,013 < 0,005, training affect the performance of the significance value of 0,003 < 0,005.
