Abstract

This research aims to know the factors work stress, work dissatisfaction, and the working environment at the neighborhood nurse burnout in PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta. The burnout at the environment nurse is very influential on performance, so the impact on the gived service. Data obtained through a questionnaire that was distributed on the respondents in PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta Hospital. Sampling technique used is the purposive sampling with a population of as many as 200 RANAP nurse respondents. Hypothesis testing is done using analysis of SAM. The results of this study showed a significant effect on the work environment, job dissatisfaction is do not significantly to burnout, work stress was not significantly influential against burnout. Key words : job stress, job dissatisfaction, burnout, work environment
