Abstract
The purpose of this study was to test the belief in distributive kedilan mediating influence on job satisfaction at RS PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Employees want the payroll system and the promotion of policies that they feel are reasonable, unambiguous and in line with their expectations. When payroll is considered fair by the demands of work, skill level of the individual and the salaries of public satisfaction will be achieved. The data were obtained using a questionnaire distributed to nurses by 200 respondents. Sampling method uses two states cluster sampling. Test the hypothesis in this study was analyzed with multiple linear regression. The results showed that distributive justice effect on job satisfaction with significant value, distributive justice does not affect the confidence, distributive justice and the confidence effect on job satisfaction, trust mediates the relationship between distributive justice and job satisfaction.
