Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between social support with work stress on employees at Dan Liris Company at Sukoharjo. The subjects of this study are employees at Dan Liris Company at Sukoharjo. The sampling technique of this study using simple random sampling. The data of this study were taken by questionnaire with the number of subject 60 people. Based on the analysis of research data with Product Moment by SPSS 23.0 for Windows obtained from both the correlation coefficient amounted -0,509 with p of 0,000 (p <0.05) this means the hypothesis is accepted and there is a negative relationship between social support with work stress. The higher the social support the lower the stress of work, on the contrary the lower the social support the higher work stress. Key Words: Social Support, Work Stress
