Abstract

The pace of economic growth and the level of public education led to an increasingly better society more selective in choosing medical services that will be used to improve the quality of life. Therefore, IFRS employees are required to have motivation to work so as to improve the quality of pharmaceutical services to patients. This study aims to determine the evaluation of work motivation based on dispensing time, percentage of drugs actually dispensed, percentage of drugs adequately labelled and patients knoledge of correct dosage. This study is a survey using questionnaires penelitian by taking a sample of 32 respondents (employees) and 254 respondents (patients). Measurement variable quality of pharmacy services using the standards issued by the World Healt Organization. Assessment of variable quality pharmaceutical services to determine whether the dispensing time, percentage of drugs actually dispensed, percentage of drugs adequately labelled and patients knoledge of correct dosage in accordance with the standards issued by the World Health Organization. Based on the results we concluded that the assesment of work motivation based on the dispensing time, percentage of drugs actually dispensed, percentage of drugs adequately labelled and patients knowledge of correct dosage gives positive value of 101,32%; 100,70%; 102,80% and 99,81.
