Abstract
The production process is a major part of every company because the production is a activity to adds value on the material in order to be a product that has more value for the benefit of users. Production planning and inventory control (Production planning and inventory control) or so-called PPIC become one of the main activities in the production system with the aim of production planning and inventory control to produce the production output according to demand. During this Po. Mungil production estimates only based on habit which leads to the accumulation of products in the warehouse. This study will use the method of logic fuzzy Tsukamoto and fuzzy Mamdani to compare the effectiveness of a decrease in the amount of leftover bread in production planning problems in Po. Mungil. From the analysis and processing of data can be concluded that the proven production planning using fuzzy Tsukamoto and fuzzy Mamdani able to reduce the amount of leftover bread. With the percentage decrease fuzzy Mamdani leftover bread in December 2014 at at 59.46% for the bread smeer and 55.41% for the cake cutting, which proved to be more effective in planning production than fuzzy Tsukamoto that only have effective reduction of 37.19% leftover bread for bread smeer and 28.84 % for the cake cutting.
