Abstract

In the implementation of Jamkesmas (public health benefit) often faind a difference between the real cost to the INA-CBG‟s package tariff for Jamkesmas patient, particulary in inpatient instalation. The objective of research was to find out how much the difference of real cost was from the INA-CBG‟s tariff in 2013 and 2014, the factors affecting the real cost, and patterns of treatment in Jamkesmas inpatients with cervical cancer in Yogyakarta Dr. Sardjito Central General Hospital. This was an analytical-observational research with a design of retrospective research. The object of the research was the files of the inpatient claims and medical records of Jamkesmas patients with Cervical Cancer in the period of January-December 2013 at Sardjito Hospital Yogyakarta. The data analysis is conducted with one sample t-test to compare between the rate of the real cost and the INA-CBG‟s tariff. Meanwhile, the correlation test is conducted to find out the cost factors. The result of reserch showed the difference between real cost and INACBG‟s tariff code C-4-13-I with INA-CBG‟s package tariff (IDR 148.040.770) in 2013 and (IDR 280.173.919) in 2014. The C-4-13-II code with INA-CBG‟s package tariff was (IDR 2.111.555) in 2013 and (IDR 25.523.775) in 2014. Code C-4-13-III with INA-CBG‟s package tariff was (IDR -3.991.216) in 2013 and (IDR -1.505.012) in 2014. The factors affecting the real cost were LOS (Length Of Stay) (p=0,000) and severity level (p=0,000). The compatibility of chemotherapy pattern was found 5 patients receiving 6-8 cycles of chemotherapy and not found in the patients receiving more than 6-8 cycles, 1 patient were compatible and 4 patients not compatible in undertaking chemotherapy at administration with interval of 21 days after the administration of chemotherapy.
