Abstract

Dyspepsia is a set of symptoms (syndrome) consisting of pain or discomfort in the epigastrium, nausea, vomiting, bloating, full or full satiety, and often burping. The purpose of this research is to know the pattern of antiemetics prescribing in dyspepsia patient in outpatient installation of RSUD Ir.Soekarno Sukoharjo 2017 and conformity of antemetics prescribing pattern to Formulary Hospital and Formulary Nasional 2017. This research was conducted at RSUD Ir.Soekarno Sukoharjo. This research uses non experimental descriptive method and retrospective data retrieval. The study was conducted by processing secondary data from antemetics prescribing in dyspepsia patient in outpatient installation of RSUD Ir.Soekarno Sukoharjo in 2017. The results of this study indicate the pattern of antiemetics prescribing in dyspepsia patients in outpatient installation at RSUD Ir.Soekarno Sukoharjo in 2017 using domperidone, ondansentron, dimenhidrinate antiemetics therapy. The pattern of prescribing antiemetics at RSUD Ir.Soekarno Sukoharjo is in accordance with the hospital formulary and the national formulary of 2007.
