Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of workload on work stress, compensation on motivation, discipline to organizational commitment, job stress on performance, motivation on performance, and organizational commitment on performance terhaap nurse at the Hospital PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Data collection techniques used in this study is based on questionnaires. Analysis statisti test conducted by SEM using AMOS version 4.01. Results from data processing, so can be taken conclusion as follows: There is no significant effect of the variable Workload (BK) to variable Job Stress (SK), significant effect of the variable No Job Stress (SK) on the performance variables (KI), there is no significant effect of the variable compensation (K) to variable motivation (M), there is no significant effect of the variable motivation (M) to variable performance (KI), there is a positive and significant impact variables Discipline (D) to variable Organizational Commitment (KO), There is a positive and significant effect of the variable Organizational Commitment (KO) of the performance variables (KI).
