Abstract
The Work satisfied still important can build commitment organization and employee performance to use organization to make the rule. This research job satisfaction as a purpose to examine the effect moderasi of experience relation, commitment organization and employee performance. The research used survey method which is employs laboratory pathology clinic in RSUD Dr. Moewardi. The technique used for collecting data is surfeited sampling or cencus about 28 respondend. The data were processed using SPSS method. The data were processed by analysis hierichycal regression, moderasi regression by interaction method and mediasi regression by kausal step method. The results showed the existence of a diversity of results. Based on the results of testing that hypothesis 1a, 1b, 2b, 3a and 4 are not supported. Further hypotheses 2a and 3b supported. These results mean that performance is affected by the formation of job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The formation of employee performance indirectly also affected by external variables namely of job experience. This result can’t the generation to the other obyek research and the need to make adjustments to the variables and analysis tools are used.
