Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the performance of the measurement system used in the Regional General Dr. Moewardi Hospital moment and to know the performance measurement system of the Regional General Dr. Moewardi Hospital with balanced scorecard approach, with using the perspective of the customer, the financial perspective, the perspective of internal business processes, learning and growth perspective. The method used is descriptive quantitative case study using questionnaire (question form), interviews, secondary data processing, analyzing data and drawing conclusions. Statistical tests of validity and reliability to test the validity of the questionnaire by using SPSS version 17. Each perspective and weighting of indicators to assess the level of interest by using a software expert choice 2000. Results of the research are the performance measurement system which have been used by Regional General Dr. Moewardi Hospital is measure performance based on target strategy as outlined in the report accountability performance government agencies, performance 2012 lakip based on the of 97,73 %, a measuring system performance 2012 by approach balanced scorecards of 95,29 of the total weight 100 with attainment of 88 %.
