Abstract

This research includes research that measures the quality of service of Personnel Administration, according Tjiptono (2005) called SERVQUAL (Service Quality) 5 dimensions relibility, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, Tangible. The subject of this study there Personnel Administration Employees who work in hospitals Brayat Minulya. Determination of the subject by using purposive sampling technique which consists of 45 Employees Kepegawain Administration. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The results showed that work experience affects signifikanrti t count of 0.0474, 0.05. The results of the coefficient of determination or R2 of 0.347, meaning 34.7%. While the remaining 63.5% is explained by other factors not participate observed, in general hospitals providing assessment and analysis services with the hospital management itself and work experience that significantly affect the level of quality of administrative services at the Hospital Personnel Administration Brayat Minulya Surakarta.
