Abstract

Health is a fundamental requirement for the community. The need is what makes people feel the need to maintain the health and medical care. The main indicator of success is the satisfaction of patient care pharmacy services users. The main focus in the service covers six dimensions namely physical evidence assessment, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and communication. This study aims to investigate the influence of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and communication on the level of patient satisfaction in health centers and partially Tirtomoyo simultaneously, and determine the influence of these variables on the level of patient satisfaction. This study is to examine the hypothesis that associative exist. The sample used in this study were pediatric patients, adults and the elderly who who receive pharmacy services at the health center with a sampling Tirtomoyo purpisive sampling using sampling. Analysis of the data using the simple and multiple regression with SPSS The results showed that partially tangibles, empathy and communication significantly influence patient satisfaction while reliability, responsiveness and assurance no significant effect on patient satisfaction in outpatient health center Tirtomoyo while simultaneously significantly influence patient satisfaction in outpatient health center Tirtomoyo. The amount of variable patient satisfaction in outpatient health centers can be determined by variables Tirtomoyo physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and communication by 35.90%.
