Abstract

Performance measurement is an important factor for hospitals to assess success. Internal business perspective is a performance measurement of the internal and external sector as input and benchmark the performance of employees in the hospital. The purpose of this study to describe the level of performance quality Pharmacy Installation in RSD dr. Soebandi. This study sampled a total sampling method with partial responder patients or families of patients receiving outpatient pharmacy services from Pharmacy Installation RSD dr. Soebandi. Data was analyzed by descriptive analyzes to determine the performance of the Installation of Pharmacy RSD dr. Soebandi whether or not to use a standard based on the Menteri Kesehatan (Ministry of Health) Nomor129/Menkes/SK/II/2008 on Minimum Service Standards Hospitals. The final conclusion is that the customer satisfaction is satisfied indicates by the value 97.87% larger than the standard 80%. Providing personalized non comprice medicine was 19.96 minutes not exceeding 30 minutes and medicine was 42,92 not exceeding 60 minutes minutes, judging from the formulary prescription appropriateness was complying standard of 80% to 94% results. Judging from the absence of medicine administration errors already complying standards with 100% same as the standard 100%.
